1 account suspended & never restored; Support ignored appeals. 2nd account locked without specific explanation.

3rd account inaccessible.

With no notification or explanation, I don't know what else to call it. Requests for help bring phone verification links that never work; reps send articles having nothing to do with the problem; all requests meet with "case closed," when nothing has been done & no communication has taken place- you know, the same thing we've complained about since Twitter started-0 Customer service.

My twitter account was hacked and logged in by some user from Ribeirão Preto, Brasil and they not only stole my account but also added a 2FA authenticator app which I can't even remove since I haven't logged in yet. I did change my password, but after that the page made me enter a code from a generator app.

Unfortunately, I haven't linked my twitter account to my Microsoft Authenticator app before and to do it, I have to log in first, which gets me stuck in a circle. I tried to contact the help center but they only emailed automatic replies, which is no help at all. I called them on the phone and there was nobody answering either.

Can someone help me log in without making me use any authenticator apps? Thank you!

Does twitter only look at the offending messages that was reported from DM? The 3 selected offending messages and context is provided in the report for harassment/abuse in the DM.

So will they only look and evaluate the report based off the messages and the context that is provided (a couple messages from before and after the reported messages are included in the report.) or will they look through the whole conversation. Also to mention it’s been 2 months since I’ve reported and not sure it’ll even be seen and I ended up deleting the account I reported from shortly after so will that remove the report?
