Customer Service has no human response -- account suspended -- no premium refund
- - Account suspended before Twitter sale to Elon Musk, then reinstated with Grok; paid with a debit card for Grok premium, suspended again, no refund.
My account was suspended before Twitter was sold to Elon Musk. Then, later my account was reinstated and I started to use Grok and paid for premium access.
I paid with a debit card (big mistake!!)
Then mysteriously, my account was suspended again. After multiple email exchanges, I have not been able to contact any human at the X/Twitter customer service.
And no good reason has been given for the suspension. So I have not been able to either get my account to be active again or get a refund.

I called the number listed and I received a message the number was not in service. I've given up hope on Twitter.
I've sent over 1/2 a dozen messages. Worst customer service. Main account was hacked.
But I keep receiving notices telling my 2nd account I accidentally created is in working order; yet that account has been suspended by Twitter because of the hacked account. Ugh!!

Worst Customer Service Ever!

My main Twitter account was hacked: @jessicacoco2005 . There is no way to report this.
Everytime I tried it kept referring me to a 2nd account that I had opened by accident @jessicacoco16. Now Twitter has suspended that account. There's no phone number to call. I have sent several emails.
Nothing has been fixed. They treat their clients like garbage.

I wasnt very nice to a Democrat he mustve complained and now Im locked out this has happened before. Meanwhile, you have liberals threatening to blow up the White House kill Republicans shoot Trump and Black people saying theyre gonna burn the country down and write out white people..
it seems to me the targeting of Republicans and conservatives is still taking place. Even though Elon promised he would clean that crap up. Why did I pay $100 for the blue star or should I just delete the *** account and stick with Gettr? Its extremely frustrating as a conservative Republican to be treated so poorly on Twitter by a bunch of leftist.
I love what Elon is doing. Im just not sure he realizes the machine is much bigger than he has.

Twitter permanently suspended my account because of "spam". It turned out that someone hacked into my account and started posting spam over the holidays without me noticing (I didn't log on each day).
I am now unable to reset my account or password because of this ban.ake As a result, I am unable to follow certain people, which I normally tend to do rather than post.
Twitter has been completely ignoring my appeals the last few weeks or so, and I am unable to contact customer service to manually sort out this issue.
What an utterly shameful level of service! It's also an annoyance that two-factor authentication isn't the default mode.
